At Forest Bloom, tuition reflects our commitment to small, intentional group sizes and a high teacher-to-child ratio. By keeping our community intimate, we ensure every child receives the deep observation and guidance required for a true Reggio-inspired education.
Our Programs
The Forest School (Academic Year) Starting at $2,100 per month.
Our full-day immersion program runs Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM. This consistent rhythm allows children to build secure friendships and engage in long-term inquiry projects while experiencing the forest through the changing light of the day.
Summer Immersions Starting at $1,170 per two-week session.
Our summer sessions run from 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM. To foster lasting peer bonds and project continuity, families must commit to the full two-week session.
Extended Day Options (Camps) We offer flexible wrap-around care for our camp sessions to support your family’s schedule:
Before Care: 8:30 AM – 9:00 AM
After Care: 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Holiday Camps & Drop-In Days Starting at $150 per day/ $585 per week. Available during school breaks and throughout the year. Please [Submit a Drop-In Request] to check availability. To protect our teachers' time in the forest, we do not process drop-in registrations via text or phone.

Securing Your Spot
To maintain our small group ratios, tuition is paid in full at the time of registration.
The Commitment
Within your total tuition, 50% is considered a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit. This ensures the sustainability of our program and protects the reserved spot for your child. By completing your registration via ActivityHero, you acknowledge our 14-day cancellation lock and non-refundable deposit policy.

Registration Deadlines & Late Enrollment
The Two-Week Window
To ensure proper student-to-teacher ratios, prepared field kits, and forest safety protocols, registration for all sessions closes 14 days prior to the start date. This "lock period" allows our educators to finalize the group rhythm and prepare the week’s curriculum for every child.
Last-Minute Requests (The "Emergency" Bridge)
We understand that sometimes the forest calls at the last minute. Requests made within the 14-day window are subject to a $50 Late Enrollment Fee and are only approved if space and staffing levels permit.
Note: Late registrations are non-refundable from the moment of purchase.
