At Forest Bloom, tuition reflects our commitment to small, intentional group sizes and a high teacher-to-child ratio. By keeping our community intimate, we ensure every child receives the deep observation and guidance required for a true Reggio-inspired education.
The Forest School (Academic Year)
Ages 2.5 – 6 | September – June
Our tuition reflects our commitment to a 1:5 mentor-to-child ratio, ensuring every explorer receives the presence, safety, and guidance required for true forest immersion.
The Enrollment Rhythms
Full-Week Rhythm (5 Days): $2,100 / month
The total immersion experience for deep peer bonds and daily forest ritual.
Steady Rhythm (3 Days): $1,440 / month (Upon request and approval)
A balanced path for families seeking a consistent mid-week forest flow.
Foundation Rhythm (2 Days): $1,040 / month (Upon request and approval)
A gentle entry into the Forest Bloom tribe and the rhythms of the land.
Single Day Discovery Drop-In: $150 / day
Limited availability. Spots can now be booked immediately via ActivityHero with at least 48 hours' notice.
Custom Placement & Part-Time Requests: To ensure a harmonious 1:5 ratio in the grove, our part-time "Steady" and "Foundation" rhythms require director approval. If you are interested in these paths or have a unique scheduling need, please submit our Custom Registration Request Form.
Summer CAMPS
Session Tuition: $1,170 per two-week block
Rhythm: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
The Experience: To foster lasting peer bonds and project continuity, families must commit to the full two-week session (10 Days).
Holiday CAMPS
Weekly Tuition: $585 per week / $150 for a Single Day Camp
Rhythm: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
The Experience: Concentrated bursts of forest exploration during school breaks.
Extended Day Options (Camps) We offer flexible wrap-around care for our camp sessions to support your family’s schedule for an added rate (see ActivityHero for exact pricing):
Before Care: 8:30 AM – 9:00 AM
After Care: 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM

To maintain our intimate small group ratios and ensure a high-quality, immersive experience, Forest Bloom strictly limits enrollment. When you register, you are securing a dedicated spot in our "village" that cannot be easily filled on short notice.
1. Securing Your Spot
Payment in Full: To maintain our stable group rhythms, tuition is paid in full at the time of registration.
The Commitment (Deposit): 50% of your total tuition serves as a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit. This ensures the sustainability of our program and protects the reserved spot for your child. This deposit remains non-refundable regardless of the reason for cancellation (including illness, travel, or unexpected schedule changes).
2. The 14-Day Registration Lock
General registration for all sessions closes 14 days prior to the session start date. This "lock period" allows our educators to finalize safety manifests, prepare individual field kits, and secure staffing for every child.
Late Enrollment: Any registration requested within the 14-day window is subject to a $50 Late Enrollment Fee.
Approval Required: Late enrollments are only approved if grove capacity and staffing levels permit.
Non-Refundable: Late registrations are 100% non-refundable from the moment of purchase.
3. Refund & Cancellation Schedule
We understand that plans change; however, our costs remain fixed once a spot is reserved.
Cancellations 14+ Days Prior to Start: A 50% refund of the total tuition will be issued (the remaining 50% is the non-refundable deposit).
Cancellations Within 14 Days of Start: No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued. At this stage, our staffing and safety protocols are finalized for the session.
4. Absences & Sustainability
Because our grove maintains an intimate 1:5 ratio and spots are reserved specifically for your child, we are unable to offer refunds, credits, or make-up days for missed sessions. This includes absences due to illness, travel, or personal scheduling conflicts.
Your tuition ensures that our dedicated mentors are compensated fairly and that the "forest classroom" remains a consistent, secure environment for our community.

At Forest Bloom, we believe the forest belongs to every child. We are committed to building a diverse grove that reflects our community.
Scholarships: A limited number of partial scholarships and "sliding scale" placements are available for families who require financial assistance.
